GENERAL QUESTIONS
It requires 30% of the total services requested in order to guarantee your activities on time. The logistics for providing a service or tour implies time, work and prepayments to our external suppliers.
Yes, we accept Visa, Master Card or Via Paypal.
Be aware that credit cards and Paypal apply a charge or porcentage of bank transfer
The payment of the difference or balance is made moments before taking the Tour/s or before boarding your Transfer; or in the agreed place, that information is sent once your deposit is made and validated, through your e-mail provided in the filling out form. So it is importan to send us a copy of your deposit once its made allready.
Usually we Pick You Up at the motor lobby of your hotel, however could change the meetin point, depending of hotels policys. Via E-Mail you will be notify.
We recommend making your reservation at least one week in advance, but in some exceptional cases up to two days before we can close a deal.
To Validate or confirm a change of date for a Tour or Transfer it is necessary to notify via email to: booking@toursinrivieramaya.com at least 3 days in advance or also via whatsapp to the movils: 9982623287 (Tacho), or 9983534259(Jaffet), as long as we have availability of the tour in the indicated day.
