CHICHEN ITZA 3 IN 1

Chichen Itza 3 in 1 / Private

           From $ 128.00 / 5-8 Persons

This Tour starts visiting Chichen Itza, one of the wonders of world. Was a large pre-Columbian city built by the Maya people of the Terminal Classic period. The archaeological site is located in Yucatán State, Mexico.

Chichen Itza was a major focal point in the Northern Maya Lowlands from the Late Classic (c. AD 600–900) through the Terminal Classic (c. AD 800–900) and into the early portion of the Postclassic period (c. AD 900–1200).

The site exhibits a multitude of architectural styles, reminiscent of styles seen in central Mexico and of the Puuc and Chenes styles of the Northern Maya lowlands. The presence of central Mexican styles was once thought to have been representative of direct migration or even conquest from central Mexico, but most contemporary interpretations view the presence of these non-Maya styles more as the result of cultural diffusion.

Next stop will be at Cenote Hubiku, It is an underground river(sink hole).  Fresh, deep, crystalline and fresh water awaits you to swim with an average temperature of 20°C, which is lowered by means of 115 steps. Hubiku is a young cenote with a perforation of its vault that is formed when the roots of a large tree have collapsed the ceiling. The depth of the water is 27 m and its shape is almost circular with an approximate diameter of 50 m. At noon a beam of light descends through the eye of the vault into the crystal clear waters of this great submerged cavern and creates a great spectacle.

Meals will be provided in the same place, our local cousine expressed through a varied buffet Lunch made by local chefs.

During your free time you are able to  visit a Tequila Museum and Taste a wide variety of tequila flavors in the local museum some of them are made as local production from the Museum.

Last visit of the day will be the Mayan Site of Ek-Balam, It lies in the Northern Maya lowlands, 25 kilometres (16 mi) north of Valladolid and 56 kilometres (35 mi) northeast of Chichen Itza. From the Preclassic until the Postclassic period, it was the seat of a Mayan kingdom. The site is noted for the preservation of the plaster on the tomb of Ukit Kan Lek Tokʼ, a king buried in the side of the largest pyramid.
